Catch’s Document Control (DC) department uses specialized document management software (DocMastr) to receive, manage, check-in/check-out, and issue project deliverables with the retention of critical data and automated tools acting as a key element of our focus. Our DC team will work directly with you to ensure that the deliverables meet the pre-determined project specifications. We are also available to manage the documentation for the complete project if required.

Our Project Control group will track and manage project KPIs for continuous oversight throughout your endeavour. Cost (CPIs) and schedule (SPIs) control can be provided with regular status reporting, and project control tools can be scaled up or down depending on the requirements.

Beyond document control, we also understand that procurement savings directly impact your profit margins. This is why we’ll work tirelessly to aggregate and leverage your business’s buying power on your behalf. With a focus on meeting your needs, we’ll work with you to streamline supply chain management processes for cost-effective efficiency in project goals and timelines.
