Morris Deppi, B.Sc.

Morris joined the Catch Engineering team in 2022 as the Senior Manager of Business Development. He holds a Civil Engineering Bachelors degree from Wayne State University, Detroit Michigan.

Morris brings over 20 years of diverse industry experience. From his early days as a machinist and tool and die maker within the automotive industry, municipal Engineer in both the USA and Canada, and technical business development expert, Morris is adept at understanding client needs and providing solutions.

It’s safe to say that Morris has dedicated his career to relationship building. His aptitude across industries of energy, engineering, electrical, mechanical, construction, industrial manufacturing, and municipal sectors is evidence of his unique knowledge base.   

To develop and nurture successful and genuine client partnerships, Morris leans-in, listens closely and collaborates for successful solutions. Morris’ superpower is his ability to connect, understand and showcase agility with problem solving. He is committed to his clients, ensuring all their needs are met, satisfaction is high, and long-term relationships are formed. 

In his spare time, you’ll find Morris venturing out to the mountains on his bike and spending time with his family.
