With over two decades of hands-on experience in the mechanical engineering industry, Theraj has excelled in various facets including facility engineering, design, project execution, QA/QC, and facility maintenance. His expertise extends across diverse sectors including fertilizer (with a focus on urea, sulphur, and sulphur-enhanced urea fertilizer), petrochemical, water treatment (polymer hydration), Oil & Gas, industrial gas, bulk handling, and power plant projects.

Theraj’s proficiency lies in the selection, design, and inspection of rotary and static equipment, as well as process piping and pipelines. He ensures optimal functionality and longevity of critical equipment through his extensive knowledge and experience. With a track record of successfully leading mechanical teams on projects ranging up to $300 million Total Installed Cost (TIC), Theraj consistently delivers exceptional results in dynamic environments.

Theraj holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calicut, India, an Applied Degree in Petroleum Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Canada, and pursing Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Real Estate Valuation from Annamalai University, India. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and holds a Professional Engineer designation in Alberta (APEGA), reflecting his commitment to professionalism and excellence in the field.
